This position is responsible for supporting the Manufacturing/Engineering/Materials Department in the placing, follow-up, expediting of Purchase Orders as well as the administrative duties assigned by the Materials Department management.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • At the direction of the Materials/Purchasing Departments the Senior Buyer will place purchase orders for electronic/mechanical components, MRO supplies, product samples, facility equipment including capital items, etc. from approved purchase requisitions.
  • As directed by Materials/Purchasing management follow-up, expedite and status all open purchase orders.
  • Assist the Materials/Purchasing Department in the processing of returns, rejections, and Receiving/Vendor discrepancies.

As a QA inspector the responsibilities are:
  • In-process inspection of production builds
  • Audit manufacturing procedures, travelers and instructions
Receiving inspection includes:
  • Inspects and tests parts, subassemblies, and processes for conformance to quality standards such as IPC A-601
  • Using written specifications, measure instruments, and hand tools
  • Ensures materials and products are in accordance with established tolerance levels for quality and performance, and are not irregular or damaged
  • Will apply knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
  • As a QA in-process production and receiving inspector will provide in-process inspection of production builds, monitor, detail, log data suppliers rejects and escapes to the production floor
  • Ensure assembly and test personnel are following procedures and verify effectiveness of corrective actions on production floor
Requirements:
  • Must have 3- 8 years experience in process inspection
  • Have the to interface effectively and confidently, mainly with internal customer representatives
  • Must be proficient in the correct usage of precision measurement and precision equipment
  • Must have a strong understanding of quality standards IPC A-601, audit manufacturing procedures, traveler's instructions and conduct out of box audit and dock audit

The primary responsibility will be to provide support for Product Design groups in worldwide product safety compliance testing and logo certifications. The secondary responsibility is mechanical design for enclosures of our products. The Account Executive will work in the development of new direct Commercial accounts in either New York, Boston, or Chicago and surrounding areas, providing the customers with appropriate solutions and product knowledge according to their business needs. Responsibilities include:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage existing worldwide WOS pipeline business and develop new prospect base and partner network
- Provide mid-high level technical overview of the WOS platform and comparative benefits
- Provide consultative sales support for regional DDN account management
- Manage and track WOS revenue pipeline
- This position requires significant travel (over 40%) both domestically and possibly internationally

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has:
- 5+ Years of relevant field sales / business development experience with data center technology
- Successful history of new customer harvesting and strategic partnership development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical fluency with NAS, Object Storage and Content Distribution Network technology.
- The ability to operate reasonably autonomously, without always needing pre-sales support.
